Can I buy a physical gift card?

Unfortunately, at the moment we can only offer e-gift cards. If you prefer to gift the voucher IRL, why not send it to yourself, print it out and pop it in an envelope!

Can I choose the date for the recipient to receive their card?

Our gift cards are emailed straight to the recipients email address at time of purchase. If you need to delay, why not send it to yourself then forward it on to your recipient when the time is right.

Where can I use this gift card?

Our Gift Cards can only be used on this website – the official Crazy Color Casa website.

Can I buy a gift card with a coupon code?

No. All discount codes are blocked from working on Gift Card purchases.

Can I redeem a discount voucher and gift card in the same order?

Yes! Our website accepts both gift cards and discount codes and can be used together in the same order so you can always take advantage of promotions too!

Do gift cards expire?

Yes, our gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. There should be a date of expiry on your original email.

Can gift cards be refunded?

No. Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable.

Can gift cards be exchanged for cash?

No. Gift cards are only redeemable against products.
